Our three-head NC flame cutting machine cuts steel plate up to 120 mm thick on a table size of 6000x2000mm.
Our flame cutter differs from the usual, conventional design, so we can avoid "jerking" due to changes in direction and are therefore able to cut angles.
The thickness of the cut is specified by our customers, for which we adapt the cutting heads as required. Our machine operators have gained a lot of experience over the years, reducing the problems encountered during cutting.
Oxygen and LPG are used for the cuts. Our flame cutting machine is capable of operating 3 heads at the same time, reducing costs and increasing our price competitiveness.
We always use shot blasted raw material for all our orders, whether in-house or contracted.
