Our company welds aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel in thicknesses from 3 to 24 mm. We have a wide range of process approvals and internationally certified welding specialists (EWE; IWE) - so we can meet a wide range of high quality requirements.
We are mainly involved in AWI and AFI welding, but we are also experienced in electrode welding (e.g. cast welding).
For high material thicknesses, preheating in an electric furnace and maintaining the ideal temperature is ensured by PB-operated heating heads. The temperature reached and any need for ramping are checked by means of tactile thermometers. We can achieve the required weld root formation in several ways, for example with a seam cutter.
